📣 WE’RE HIRING! – VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

Restoration Recovery Center – Leaders of Restoration is looking for a motivated, organized, and community-minded individual to join our team as a Full-Time Volunteer Coordinator!

The Volunteer Coordinator will help build and manage our volunteer program, including:

⭐ Recruiting and engaging volunteers

⭐ Coordinating volunteer schedules and activities

⭐ Conducting volunteer orientations

⭐ Supporting and mentoring volunteers

⭐ Developing meaningful volunteer opportunities

⭐ Helping volunteers become actively involved in our recovery community

⭐ Recognizing and celebrating the contributions of our volunteers

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience coordinating volunteers or community programs

• Experience in recovery support services or community-based programs

• The ability to work effectively with diverse populations

• An understanding of recovery-oriented principles

Recovery Coach Certification (CARC/CPRS) is preferred but not required.

📍 Location: Leaders of Restoration – Fitchburg, MA
