Senior Licensed Clinician

Location: Framingham, MA - Massachusetts Correctional Institution

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Pay rate: $74,000-$85,664/annually

Qualifications:

• LADC I, or other independently licensed individual who has at least a master's degree in one of the following disciplines or a closely related field: clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work
• Minimum of two years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience 
• At least one-year full time equivalent year of clinical experience in a supervisory role 
• Experience with both substance abuse and mental health issues preferred 
• DOC experience preferred

The Senior Clinician is responsible for:

• Assisting the Clinical Director in supervising the provision of clinical services
• The clinical and educational operations of the program
• Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to offenders with substance use issues
• Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization
