Our experienced trainer, Founder and Executive Director, Nicole OBrien brings a grounded, compassionate, and practical approach to recovery education—helping participants build real-world skills rooted in ethics, lived experience, and evidence-based practice. Her trainings prepare recovery coaches and peer professionals with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to provide ethical, compassionate, and person-centered support to individuals on their recovery journey.

This 3-hour practical, skills-based training session focuses on exploring and developing collaborative conversation skills.
