Our experienced trainer, Founder and Executive Director, Nicole OBrien brings a grounded, compassionate, and practical approach to recovery education—helping participants build real-world skills rooted in ethics, lived experience, and evidence-based practice. Her trainings prepare recovery coaches and peer professionals with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to provide ethical, compassionate, and person-centered support to individuals on their recovery journey.

This 3-hour training explores mental wellness and how to support individuals in exploring, defining, and strengthening their own sense of mental well-being.

Focus Areas:

  • Understanding mental wellness within the recovery process
  • Using strength-based, person-centered language to reduce stigma
  • Building confidence in conversations about emotional and mental well-being
