We invite you to join us for our next trauma-integration learning community!

Our trauma-integration learning community offers participants the opportunity to explore and build the skills needed for effective policy and clinical trauma integration. Together, we explore key trauma and resilience related topics and resources, with an emphasis on practical tools and strategies for implementing a trauma-responsive approach.

In our next session we will explore ways to create trauma-responsive spaces. We’ll discuss how to design physical environments that promote feelings of safety and inclusion. We’ll explore how environmental cues support or hinder healing, and how even small changes in the design and appearance of your workspaces can make a big difference.

At the end of this session participants will be able to:

·        Discuss safety, accessibility, and cultural responsiveness

·        Describe the use of environmental scans

·        Identify trauma triggers/re-traumatization in space design
