Join the GPS Facilitator Training to learn how to lead trauma-informed peer support groups that help people in recovery feel less alone, more grounded, and better able to navigate the challenges in their lives. Participants will learn a structured, trauma-informed support group model that can be implemented across diverse settings and populations, including recovery communities. The training focuses on core facilitation skills, emotional safety, culturally responsive practice, and responsible adaptation of the GPS model.
This training is designed for people who lead or want to lead support groups, including healthcare, behavioral health, and public health professionals, recovery coaches, peer support professionals, and community-based organization staff.
The training will be offered in a hybrid virtual format from October 13–29, 2026, combining live virtual sessions with recorded learning components.
