The Recovery Support Navigator (RSN) position at Lahey Behavioral Health presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals to embark on a fulfilling career journey within the behavioral health field. Situated in an outpatient/community-based program, RSNs play a pivotal role in providing individualized support to clients, addressing a wide spectrum of needs encompassing addictive behavior, financial, legal, and medical concerns. With a manageable caseload of 10-15 clients, RSNs work closely with individuals to eliminate barriers hindering their progress in treatment and recovery. This dynamic role not only offers exposure to diverse aspects of behavioral health but also fosters personal growth and skill development.

In the Recovery Support Navigator role, you'll gain invaluable hands-on experience working with a diverse clientele facing complex challenges. From supporting individuals grappling with substance use disorder to aiding those experiencing homelessness and managing chronic illnesses, you'll be at the forefront of addressing pressing societal issues. Additionally, you'll engage with clients dealing with co-occurring mental health disorders, cultivating a comprehensive understanding of the interconnected nature of behavioral health. This role provides a dynamic learning environment where you'll develop essential skills in empathy, advocacy, and resource navigation, laying a strong foundation for a rewarding career in the social service field.

Furthermore, as an RSN, you'll have the opportunity to engage with clients in various treatment settings, including detoxification units, clinical stabilization units, transitional services, halfway houses, crisis stabilization services, and within the community.
