Join Our Team! Foxborough is Hiring a Community Substance Use Coordinator

The Community Substance Use Coordinator is a civilian position funded by Opioid Settlement Funds received by the town of Foxborough that will provide crisis intervention as it relates to substance use, advocacy, short-term counseling, case management, community outreach and education, and other social service assistance to the Foxborough Police and Fire/EMS (Public Safety) departments.

The position is a shared role between Foxborough’s renowned Public Safety departments and will be overseen by the town’s restructured Director of Clinical Services role.
