Description

This training provides education regarding epidemiology, recognizing and responding to overdose, the use of naloxone, and novel strategies for overdose response.

Objectives

Following this training, participants will have the knowledge to:

  1. Identify factors that contribute to overdose
  2. Recognize signs and symptoms of an opioid overdose. 
  3. Recall two novel opioid overdose prevention strategies.
