Recovery Coaches, Navigators, and Peer Supports - Introduction to MAT
Led by: Charmaine Lastimoso, Theresa Rolley, and Katie Raftery

This training will provide staff supporting patients being treated with medications for substance use disorders within a multidisciplinary team with a fundamental understanding of the medications and provide strategies on how to address the stigma associated with being on medications for addictions treatment.

Intended Audience:
Staff in peer support roles including counselors, recovery coaches, wellness advocates, community health workers, etc., throughout the continuum of substance use disorder care.

Continuing Education Credits: This course has been approved for 3.00 continuing education credits for Recovery Coaches (CARC) and Social Workers (pending approval). Credits for LMHCs are also pending approval. As this training is being conducted via Zoom, you must sign on using video, meaning your camera is turned on, in order to receive education credits, and you must also sign in via the meeting chat.
