Why Ethics? CCAR developed a two day (16 hr) training that delivers the content Recovery Coaches need to know about ethical decision making. Riverside Community Care values this training because we want to equip Recovery Coaches to be able to meet the challenges they face daily in their work. Using presentations, small group work, role play and case studies, many areas will be addressed including: defining the coaching service role and functions, coaching standards, issues of vulnerability, ethical decision making, performance enhancement and legal issues.
